CALM’s vision is that no one feels like suicide is their only option. But right now, too many people are struggling to see a way forward.
Every day in the UK we lose 18 people to suicide. This isn’t just a stat on a page. These are our mums and dads, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partners and friends. That’s why we’re here to help anyone struggling with life - and provide everyone with the skills to help prevent suicide.
ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK

We offer free NHS Talking Therapies in Rushmoor, Hart and Farnham for stress, anxiety, low mood and worry, as well as, support for managing a long-term health condition.

We offer a variety of worship services throughout the week, including traditional and contemporary services. Our services are designed to help our members connect with God and grow in their faith.

Cornerstone is a professional, affordable counselling charity based in Yateley that has been established for over 30 years, We offer confidential support to couples and individuals who are 18 and over and experiencing difficulties in their lives.

Yateley Men’s Shed offers a meeting place for men and women to connect, converse and create. A space to share a cup of tea with like-minded individuals and put the world to rights in friendly conversation. It is also a community workshop where you can exercise your skills repairing, making or just enjoying the company of others.

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who've been there before with those struggling now.

Walk & Talk for Men is a community initiative designed to support men's mental well-being through conversation and exercise. By combining walking with open, pressure-free discussions, the group encourages men to connect, share experiences, and improve their mental and physical health. The walks provide a safe space to talk, whether about everyday life, challenges, or just casual topics, fostering a sense of camaraderie and support.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. 1 in 8 men will get it, and if you’re Black, your risk is double. We’re standing together to support our dads, brothers, partners and friends – by raising awareness, funding lifesaving research, campaigning for change and providing helpful support and information.

Relate provides relationship counselling and support for individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate challenges and improve communication.
